    • Member of a team who successfully implemented a fully integrated Inventory Management, Forecast Demand / Replenishment and Warehouse Management system to replenish over 800 stores representing $4B in annual sales for a Canadian pharmaceutical retailer

    • Project portfolio management for a Canadian retailer’s distribution center initiative which included building construction, materials handling equipment development and installation, yard management processes, distribution, and inbound/outbound purchase orders

    • Directed a cross functional team in the planning, design and implementation of the AIRB Basel II Program to provide a framework for measuring and understanding of Economic Capital by re-engineering existing business procedures.  The augmentation of data interfaces to populate a centralized enterprise data warehouse with Probability of Default (PD), Exposure at Default (EAD), and Loss Given Default (LGD) metrics to various stakeholders, including the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI)

    • Technical Delivery Manager of a Compliance Surveillance Program established to address IIROC regulatory requirements by integrating multiple data sources (IBM Book of Record, Thompson Reuters, and Morningstar data service vendors) into the NICE ACTIMIZE Compliance / Trade Surveillance system to monitor activity and alert on compliance violations. (AML, Commodities / Equities / Fixed Income Trading Compliance and Sales Practice)

    • Managed the program to provide a Genesys VMware based hosted solution with 18 contributing products (inbound voice, outbound voice, multimedia) with a pre-defined level of performance and availability for small to medium sized enterprise customers (tenants).

    • Managed the first electronic purchase order (EPO) EDI project for a Canadian telecommunication organization to transact with big volume customers, including the Federal Government of Canada

    • Managed the successful delivery of an Oracle EAM & Oracle EPM business transformation across 16 locations (6 in Canada, 9 in USA, and 1 in Trinidad) involving 300 EAM and 25 EPM users per site for a Canadian mining company

    • Directed the establishment of a software product release, project management tooling and support protocols for an artificial intelligence semi-conductor company

    • Management of an enterprise-wide Oracle Applications ERP / MRP and Infotrac CRM solution

    • Managed the design, development and deployment of a comprehensive suite of processes, operational tools, and a web-based Project Office Gateway to facilitate governance and process maturity in an Ontario Government Ministry

    • Project Manager – iGaming Testing (PlayOLG.ca) for a Provincial Government Agency (AGCO). Security environment testing, functional (Operator/Player) testing, online game outcomes and RNG testing, and a policy and procedures operational assessment review were key deliverables.
